I'm not just a fitness professional with fancy certifications (though I have those—Girls Gone Strong and Precision Nutrition). I'm a woman who's lived the transformation I guide others through.
As a former CrossFit competitor and Kyokushin knockdown fighter, I've pushed my body to extreme limits. As a fine art portrait photographer for over a decade, I've captured thousands of women's stories through my lens. As a mother raising two teenagers, I've navigated the chaos of balancing strength and softness.
But my most powerful qualification? I've risen from my own ashes.
